Dimensions and Details (applies to all plaques):

• All Plaques are $25.00 each (plus tax & shipping, if applicable)

• Frame is beveled approximately 1" and measures 10 1/2" x 13"

• Graphic and print appears under Plexiglass measuring 8 1/2" x 11"

• Four decorative brass tacks

• Pre-drilled keyholes on back allow for horizontal or vertical hanging

How To Order:

You can request an Order Form be e-mailed, faxed or mailed to you.  Send your request to:  frances@fosbiz.com.  Please indicate Adobe .PDF format or Word .DOC format if you choose to receive by email.

Make sure you indicate your fax number with area code if requesting the Order Form to be faxed.

Once your order is received, I will contact you with Confirmation of your order and details of Shipping Costs and Sales Taxes, if applicable, and other information.  You will receive an Invoice to pay from.  After payment is made, I will ship your order.
